covid-19 Business Update
The government have announced that from Thursday 5th November 2020 the UK will enter a second lockdown for 4 weeks in an attempt to curb the spread of COVID-19.
Over the past few months we have worked hard to operate business as normal despite the difficulties we have all faced during both national and local lockdowns.
We are fortunate that as a company we can remain open during this time and despite the hurdles that our industry as a whole have faced we will continue to operate as close to normal as we can over the coming weeks and months.
Please note that from Thursday 5th November 2020 there will be some small changes to the way we operate as a business due to lockdown restrictions.
Appointments & Meetings
All client and contractor meetings will now be held via phone or video call. Face to face appointments or site visits will not take place during the lockdown period.
Our team will continue to work from home.
Over the past few months we have experienced growing delays from some suppliers and manufacturers due to the impact of COVID-19. As a business we have been honest and realistic with our suppliers and more importantly clients, however with a second lockdown imminent please be aware that this may further impact on product availability and see longer lead times in some cases.
We pride ourselves on the relationship we build with our clients and the service we provide therefore please be assured that we will work closely with you as always to communicate any changes or delays to your project.
