I’ve been passionate about Pilates for nearly 20 years and qualified as a Level 3 instructor in 2017, later expanding my training to include Reformer, pre/post-natal Pilates and mindfulness. I bring a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the practice, and I love supporting clients through every stage of life. My classes blend mindful movement, strength-building and a sense of fun and togetherness, and I truly enjoy watching clients grow stronger and more confident. When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually outdoors with my husband and three children, finding inspiration in nature and enjoying quality family time.

With a background in dance and a lifelong passion for movement, I became a Pilates instructor in 2021 with the aim of helping people move with purpose—building strength, improving alignment and activating muscles they didn’t even know existed. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, I strive to create a supportive and empowering space where you can challenge yourself and feel truly connected to your body. My teaching focuses on form and function, but I believe movement should also feel good, and I can’t wait to motivate you to unlock your full potential on and off the reformer.

With over 11 years’ experience teaching yoga and a background in dance, I’ve always been passionate about mindful movement. Discovering Reformer Pilates instantly hooked me with the strength, balance and energy it brought. In my classes, I focus on intentional movement, building strength from the inside out, and helping you feel confident and connected in your body. I’m all about good vibes and mindful movement that leaves you feeling amazing.
